What is the Loebner Prize? The Loebner Prize is an annual contest, designed by Dr. Hugh Loebner and The Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, that evaluates the responses of Artificial Intelligence programs. Contestants develop programs that are evaluated using the Turing Test to determine the most human-like program. The panel of judges for the contest are established individuals in various disciplines, not just computer and behavioral studies.
